RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Tanglegripper purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To receive a full refund, your product must be returned in its original box in new (unused) condition, and the return shipment must be post marked within 14 days of the original order delivery day.

To return your product, please follow the steps below.

1.) Re-pack your new (unused) product in its original packaging.

2.) Include the original shipment packing slip (or a copy of the original order confirmation email) inside your shipment. Note: Tanglegripper does not refund the postage to send or receive the returned product*

3.) Send the package via Canada Post insured to:
